Photographed outside Optares' depot near Rotherham, Yorkshire are two electric buses, which Optare used as demonstrators. On the left is Optare MetroDecker, YJ19 HVC, registered in 2019. It is built to seat H41/22D, and was eventually operated by Metroline, London, carrying fleet number OME2652. On the right is YJ19 HUV, another electric bus, built to London Buses specification and used as a demonstrator by Optare. This is an Optare MetroCity, to seat 29 in its' dual door setup. Hellaby, Rotherham, UK - 11th August 2021. 
